Alt Resources Limited (Alt Ltd) is an Australian based mineral exploration company incorporated in April 2014 to acquire up to a 70% interest in tenements held by GFM Exploration Pty Ltd (GFM). Alt Ltd will acquire an initial 40% interest pursuant to the Joint Venture Agreement between Alt Ltd and GFM.
GFM is a private exploration company undertaking early stage green field exploration projects that have significant potential for additional discovery. GFM retains 100% ownership of 3 tenements located in the south-east Lachlan Orogen in New South Wales which includes the Paupong project and Myalla prospect. The Company can elect to earn up to 70% interest in the GFM tenements pursuant to the Joint Venture and Purchase Agreement.
