Programmed Maintenance Services Limited
(ASX:PRG) has been appointed to provide maintenance services to the University of Wollongong Student Accommodation Project.
The staffing, maintenance and project services provider says the contract is for a period of 39 years and valued at about $270 million.
Work will include the management of all utilities, reactive and planned maintenance, capital works, refurbishment services and environmental efficiency strategies.
Managing Director Chris Sutherland says the company’s investment in developing a pipeline of opportunities in the infrastructure sector is continuing to pay dividends.
Mr Sutherland has also flagged a number of long term opportunities in the education sector.
Programmed Maintenance Services reported a net profit of $9.75 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
