Virtus Health Limited (ASX:VRT) CEO Sue Channon will step down from her position after 7 years with the fertility company.
A search process for Sue’s replacement has commenced and it is expected she will remain in her role until the end of February, 2020 to ensure an orderly transition.
Sue joined the business in 2004 as Chief Executive of IVF Australia and, since then, has overseen growth of Virtus Health through a period of private ownership and domestic expansion as well through a successful IPO process followed by international expansion.
Virtus Health is the largest network and provider of fertility services in Australia and Ireland with a growing presence in the UK, Denmark and Singapore.
Shares in Virtus Health Limited (ASX:VRT) closed 0.23 per cent higher at $4.35 yesterday.
