Coca-Cola Amatil
(ASX:CCL) Director Julia Coates will retire from the company at the end of November following her appointment as CEO of CSR which was announced last month.
Amatil Chairman Ilana Atlas says the Board has benefitted from Julie’s outstanding expertise in retail and FMCG operations, her experience in establishing motivated and highly successful teams, and her skills in managing change.
Amatil is finalising arrangements for filling her vacancy on the Board with an announcement expected before the end of 2019.
Just last week the soft drink giant announced the sale of sold its historic former Thebarton bottling site in Adelaide to local developer Australasian Property Developments (APD) as well as two nearby smaller sites for a combined $37.3 million.
Shares in Coca Cola
(ASX:CCL) closed 0.5 per cent lower at $10.26 on Friday.
