Pantoro acquires 50% of Central Norseman Gold Project

Pantoro (ASX:PNR) has completed the acquisition of 50 per cent of the Central Norseman Gold Project.

Pantoro paid 100 million ordinary shares, valued at $0.20 per share and $7.5 million in cash.

All outstanding conditions precedent were satisfied or waived on or by 9 July 2019.

The first drill rig is expected to arrive on site towards the end of July.

Shares in Pantoro (ASX:PNR) are trading flat at $0.18.
