Automotive Holdings Group sells interest in motorcycle business

Automotive Holdings Group (ASX:AHG) has completed the sale of its interest in Motorcycle Distributors Australia.

They sold the share to Austrian-based company KTM Sportmotorcycles.

This was first announced to the market on the 6th June.

Just last week the company announced a proposal to divest Kloster Motor Group to assist in securing ACCC authorisation for merger with AP Eagers (ASX:APE).

Shares in Automotive Holdings Group (ASX:AHG) closed 0.74 per cent lower yesterday at $2.69.
