Australian leading gambling group, Tabcorp Holdings Limited (ASX:TAH), announced Adam Newman as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will kick off the new role in early October 2019.

He has been a CFO at energy company AusNet (ASX:AST) since 2013. He previously worked at BlueScope (ASX:BSL) in Australia and the USA.

Current CFO, Damien Johnston, who has been with the group since 2011, will stay on for a short period to ensure there is a smooth transition. In this time he will remain a director of Tatts Group.

In April the group advised it’s on track to deliver between $130 and $145 million of business improvements in FY21, after merging with Tatts (ASX:TTS).

Tabcorp Holdings Limited (ASX:TAH) shares last traded at $4.48.
