SkyCity Entertainment Group
(ASX:SKC) has confirmed today that the sale of its SkyCity Darwin business to Delaware North was completed today.
The SkyCity Darwin Casino has consequently been renamed Mindil Beach Casino & Resort.
US-based global hospitality operator, Delaware North, was approved by the Northern Territory Government to acquire the Casino for $188 million.
SkyCity has also entered into a binding agreement to sell a long-term concession over its Auckland car parks to Macquarie Principal Finance Group for $220 million.
This is expected to settle by the end of July.
