has announced the discovery of high grade gold and silver mineralization at its WKP prospect in New Zealand.
The drill results support the high grade results reported in 2018 and will enable the company to define a maiden resource later in the year.
OceanaGold President and CEO, Mike Wilkes says the company is very excited about the potential at the site with drilling continuing to yield high-grade intercepts across multiple veins.
Over 2019 the company expects to invest between $8 and $10 million to drill the target.
