Charter Hall Long Wale REIT to acquire 27 agri-logistics properties

Charter Hall Long Wale REIT (ASX:CLW) is set to spend $207 million on a portfolio of 27 agri-logistics properties.

The properties will be 100 per cent leased to a subsidiary of Inghams Group, and, include hatcheries, feedmills and breeder farms.

Charter hall says the purchase will be partially funded via a $125 million equity raising.

The business has increased its 2019 operating Earnings Per Share guidance range by 1.3 per cent to 26.8 to 26.9 cents per security.

Shares in Charter Hall Long Wale REIT (ASX:CLW) last traded at $4.24
