Afterpay completes sale of European e-Services business

Afterpay Touch Group (ASX:APT) has today announced they completed the sale of the European e-Services business to Nelumbo Limited. 

The sale was first announced on the 2 October. 

Afterpay has received cash proceeds of $4.0 million at completion and will receive the remaining $3.5 million within six months of completion.

Afterpay Touch Group (ASX:APT) is a technology driven payments company. The sale comes after the company reviewed their European services.

Shares in Afterpay Touch Group (ASX:APT) closed 0.97 per cent higher to $12.49 yesterday.
