Medical wholesaler EBOS (ASX:EBO) has announced an agreement to acquire all minority shares in the Terry White Group.

If implemented, Terry White will become a 100 per cent owned subsidiary of EBOS.

EBOS, through its wholly owned subsidiary EBOS PH, currently holds just over 50 per cent of the shares in Terry White.

These were acquired on 31 October 2016 when the former Terry White Group merged with the EBOS-owned Chemmart business.

For the 2018 financial year, EBOS delivered a record NPAT of $149.6 million.

Shares in EBOS (ASX:EBO) closed 1.92 per cent higher to $20.18 yesterday.
