Alliance Aviation Services tourism charter contract extension

Alliance Aviation Services (ASX:AQZ) today signed a three year contract extension with United States luxury tour provider Tauck.

The contracted flights support Tauck’s Australian itineraries including Melbourne, Uluru, Cairns and Sydney.

Since 2014 the tours have grown significantly with over 50 charters during this year in both Australia and New Zealand.
The first year will see this rise to 70 charter flights.

Due to this deal - Alliance has elected not to extend the current New Zealand contract beyond 31 December 2018.

Tauck is one of the world’s leading tour operators providing travel experiences all around the world.

Shares in Alliance Aviation Services (ASX:AQZ) are trading 0.41 per cent lower to $2.43.
