Company News

by Rachael Jones

The CFO of iSelect (ASX:ISU) Nadine Lennie has mutually agreed with the company to step down.

This comes due to the uncertainty created in the role’s tenure by the unsolicited strategic interest in the Company.

Vicki Pafumi, who has been a member of iSelect’s senior leadership for three years and currently Acting CFO and Group Executive of Business Operations, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.

Based on the Company’s performance over May and June 2018, the Board of iSelect reaffirms its previous underlying EBIT guidance for the 12 months ended 30 June 2018. The Company’s results will be released on 14 August 2018.

Shares in iSelect (ASX:ISU) down 0.61 per cent to 81c.
