Technology company OneMarket (ASX:OMN) was demerged from Westfield (ASX:WFD) today.

The demerger scheme consideration is one OneMarket share for every 20 Westfield Corporation shares.

This has been transferred to each Westfield securityholder who was registered as the holder on 1 June 2018.

OneMarket grew out of Westfield’s retail-focused technology platform. It was rebranded as OneMarket last year.

Shares in OneMarket (ASX:OMN) are trading 2.22 per cent higher at $1.38.
