Kingsgate Consolidated Limited
(ASX:KCN) has discovered a new zone of silver mineralisation, at its Nueva Esperanza precious metals project in Chile.
The new zones of silver mineralisation are named ‘Cerro Blanco West’, and is a result of exploration drilling.
The company says eight reverse circulation holes, totalling 1,226 metres were completed at the Cerro Blanco West target, before drilling was stopped by the early onset of winter conditions.
Kingsgate says Cerro Blanco West is a priority drill-target, to be followed up in the spring. It intends to expand the footprint of the currently defined mineralisation.
