Echo Resources has mining lease granted

Echo Resources Limited (ASX:EAR) says that it has been granted its Julius Gold Project Mining Lease by the Western Australian Department of Mines and Petroleum.

The grant comes after agreements with native title holders signed in December last year.

The permit approval process for the mine is now underway with approvals due sometime this quarter, the Feasibility Study is also nearing completion.

The miner recently appointed two new board directors to help progress the gold Project.

Echo Resources reported a net loss of $1.51 million to the end of June 2016.
