Site Group International Ltd
(ASX:SIT) has announced that the Kumul Petroleum Academy has signed a landmark agreement with ExxonMobil PNG.
Site Group operates several businesses specialising in the delivery of education, training and labour services, operating in the mining, construction and industrial sectors.
Under this agreement, ExxonMobil’s operations and maintenance technicians will be trained, coached and assessed on Site Group’s ‘Safe Live Process Plant’ at Papua New Guinea.
This contract is worth $4.5 million, and will see technicians undertake a 15-month programme mapped against internationally recognised competence standards to produce job-ready junior technicians.
Site Group reported a net profit of $3.4 million at 31 December 2015.
