Cadence Capital reports 7.6% yield

Cadence Capital Limited (ASX:CDM) has reported a net profit of $27.4 million and declared a final dividend 5 cents and a special dividend of 1 cent. 
Chairman Karl Siegling says the portfolio has 59 per cent exposure to overseas earnings which are offering far more attractive returns than Australia at the moment. 
This strategy has allowed the fund a gross performance of 11.42 per cent well above the market performance of 5.75 per cent. 
The dividends provide a fully franked yield of 7.6 per cent.
