Transpacific Industries on the hunt for new CEO

Transpacific Industries Group Limited (ASX:TPI, NZE:TPI) is on the hunt for a new CEO after its current chief announced he will step down at the end of June. 
 
The waste management company says current CEO Robert Boucher has decided to resign to allow him to return to the US for personal reasons. 
 
The company’s current Chief Financial Officer Brendan Gill has been appointed as acting CEO from July until a permanent replacement is found. 
 
Transpacific says it has been disappointed to receive Mr Boucher’s resignation and will now undertake a global search considering both internal and external candidates. 
 
Transpacific Industries Group reported a net loss of $33.4 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
