Australian Residential Property Fund

ResiFund is the most professional and easy way for small, HNW and SMSF’s investors, to invest in Australian residential property.

It also allows advisers to incorporate residential property into their clients balanced portfolio, without them being overweight to one investment or take on personal debt.

ResiFund is an unlisted property fund with residential property investments and tenants across Australia, including co-living and single-family homes.

Our objective is to deliver a 10% p.a net return (after fees and costs), with a significant focus on income (currently 4% as at May 2021). We have exceeded our target returns as well as those of the residential property market since inception, which reflects our ability to add value and source investments unavailable to most investors. This, combined with our diversification and no requirement to borrow money, is also attracting investors who would otherwise acquire an investment property themselves.

ResiFund is backed by arguably Australia’s most qualified residential property group, who have acquired over 1,200 properties and currently manage over 1,100 properties.

ResiFund is Independently Rated and is approved on APL’s including Interprac, covering over 450 advisers.
