Immutep - Amended Constitution


SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – 14 December 2021 – Immutep Limited (ASX: IMM; NASDAQ: IMMP) ("Immutep” or “the Company”), attaches the amended Constitution of Immutep Limited that was approved at its Annual General Meeting held on 26 November 2021.

Further details of these changes can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting as announced on 26 October 2021.
