Centuria Metropolitan REIT (ASX:CMA) is Australia’s largest ASX-listed pure-play office REIT and is included in the S&P/ASX 300 Index. CMA owns a portfolio of 20 high quality office assets valued at approximately $1.4 billion, located across major Australian office markets.
Centuria Property Funds Limited (CPFL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI), is the Responsible Entity for CMA. CPFL, combined with Centuria Property Funds No. 2 Limited (CPF2L), the Responsible Entity for the ASX listed Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP), has approximately $4.8 billion of assets under management across 15 unlisted property funds, one open-ended diversified property fund and two listed REITs.
CNI is an ASX-listed specialist investment manager with $5.6 billion in total assets under management.
CMA owns a portfolio of quality office estate assets, which are actively managed and aim to deliver stable and predictable rental income through strong portfolio occupancy of approximately 99% and a diversified lease expiry profile. There is also the potential for value uplift through diligent asset management and repositioning strategies. Distributions to Fund securityholders are paid quarterly.
