Australian energy company WHL Energy Limited (ASX:WHN) (“WHL Energy” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of a highly experienced Oil and Gas professional, Mr Stuart Brown, to its Board of Directors.
Mr Brown has a proven and successful track record with extensive experience at technical, managerial, executive and Board levels. He has been involved in all areas of the upstream oil and gas industry with demonstrated success in strategic, business, technical and human resource management.
Mr Brown is currently the Managing Director of International Oil and Gas Strategies Pty Ltd. For the previous five years, he held the position of Vice President Strategic Planning for Woodside Energy Ltd and his career spans more than 30 years of international experience with both Woodside and Shell International.
