Range River Gold Limited (ASX:RNG) Request for voluntary suspension - Discussions continuing

Range River Gold Limited - Request for voluntary suspension

We refer to the Range River Gold Limited (“RNG” or “The Company”) request for a voluntary suspension on 23 March 2011.

As advised to the market on 21 March 2011, RNG is continuing discussions with various parties in relation to its ongoing funding requirements. The outcome of these discussions is not yet finalised.

Because the discussions remain incomplete, RNG is not able to provide the market with sufficient detailed information at this time. The Company is concerned to ensure that its shares do not trade on an uninformed basis. It is anticipated that the Company will be able to update the market before opening on Monday 4 April 2011.

Macquarie Capital Advisers are assisting the Company with regard to its options. RNG will aim to ensure that all discussions and any actions arising are completed as soon as possible. The Company will work diligently to provide complete information to the market in a timely manner and to minimise the period in which its shares remain in suspension.

RNG is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not continue, or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
