Sydney, Australia - Immutep Limited (ASX:IMM; NASDAQ:IMMP) (“Immutep“ or “the Company“) On 19 December 2018, the Company announced that it had entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain accredited investors to purchase 2,600,000 American Depositary Shares (ADS). Each Nasdaq-listed ADS represents 100 ordinary shares in Immutep. The company will also issue warrants to purchase up to 2,080,000 of its ADS.
