Board Changes
Hunter Hall International Limited
(ASX:HHL) wishes to advise that the board has resolved that Peter Hall AM will be the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company on a permanent basis.
In order to reduce his responsibilities, Peter will step down as Chairman of Hunter Hall International and Kevin Eley will become Chairman, effective 27 May 2016. Peter will continue as Chief Investment Officer.
Profit Guidance
The company also provides updated guidance for its expected 2016 full year earnings.
We had previously advised that our ongoing profit from investment management for the six months to 30 June 2016 would be approximately 25% lower than the profit recorded in the six months to 31 December 2015.
