Hunter Hall International Limited
(ASX:HHL) wishes to advise its appointment of David Groves as an independent non-executive director of HHL with effect from 5 April 2016.
David is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His professional career in accounting and finance has included work with a major international accounting firm and a domestic investment bank.
As previously advised, HHL intended to undertake a search process to identify an appropriate CEO. In the short term, at least, the board has decided that Peter Hall should remain in the role of CEO, supported by Paula Ferrao as Deputy CEO. Paula will also remain in her existing role as Chief Financial Officer for HHL.
