Hill End Gold Limited (ASX:HEG) - Drilling Program To Extend

HIGHLIGHTS

· A three month long program of resource definition diamond drilling will commence on 8 November 2010 at the Hargraves Project to increase and upgrade resources at the Central Zone of the Big Nugget Hill Deposit.

· The program will primarily focus on the portion of the Central Zone between 150m and 300m below surface, and will also test several shallow targets.

· The program of eleven holes, including extensions of existing holes, is expected to materially increase the Central Zone resource.

On 6 October 2010 Hill End Gold Limited announced the first JORC Resource Estimate of 234,400 ounces of gold for the Hargraves project. The project is located 30 kilometres south west of Mudgee in central New South Wales.

Indicated Resources 302,000t at 6.2g/t gold for 60,300 contained ounces
Inferred Resources 1,137,000t at 4.8g/t gold for 174,100 contained ounces
Total Contained Ounces 234,400 ounces

The Company advised its immediate priority was to increase the resource by further drilling. A 1750m program of diamond drilling consisting of eleven deep holes, including extensions of some existing holes, will commence on 8 November and is expected to continue for three months. The drilling will focus on testing the deeper part of the Central Zone of the Big Nugget Hill Deposit between 150m and 300m below surface. The 6 October resource estimate mostly relates to mineralisation down to about 150m. As wide-spaced earlier deep holes indicate mineralisation extends to at least 400m depth, it is expected that this new program will define material additions to the current resource estimate.
