DomaCom Limited (ASX: DCL) (DomaCom) is pleased to announce it has received binding commitments via a share placement (“Placement”) from an institutional investor to raise $500,000.
A total of 6,738,544 Ordinary Shares will be issued at 7.42 cents per share under the Placement using the capacity currently available under ASX Listing Rules 7.1A. The capacity allows DomaCom to raise up to 10% of eligible fully paid ordinary shares and therefore allows the issue of up to 16,179,311 without shareholder
approval.
