The first ever diamond drillhole BWNBDD0017 into the Nakru-4 prospect intersected 22 metres grading 0.21 g/t gold and 0.15% copper, including a 1 metre interval of 1.54 g/t gold and 1.17% copper.
Managing Director Peter Swiridiuk said:
“These results confirm the presence of widespread copper and gold mineralisation at depth in the Nakru system.
Further drilling will be required to test for tonnage potential on all prospects, including other geochemical and geophysical targets yet to be drill tested.”
