• ClearVue signs Distribution Licence Agreement with Grafsol General Trading LLC in the United Arab Emirates
• Grafsol to place an initial order with ClearVue for IGU units to build a regional demonstrator, such order to count against Grafsol’s minimum performance requirements under the Distribution Licence Agreement
• Under the Distribution Licence Agreement Grafsol has become the exclusive licenced distributor of ClearVue’s technology and products for the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar and a non-exclusive licenced distributor in Saudi Arabia
• Grafsol will purchase for resale ClearVue’s technology and products from ClearVue (or its other licenced manufacturers)
• Subject to performance the exclusive licence may be extended to include the right to manufacture in the region
27 February 2019: Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) (“ClearVue” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Distribution Licence Agreement with Grafsol Trading LLC (Company Number 761553) (hereafter “Grafsol”) for exclusive distribution rights in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar and non-exclusive distribution rights in Saudi Arabia. The Agreement formalises the MOU previously announced on 1 February 2019.
