Centuria Property Funds No.2 Limited (CPF2L) as Responsible Entity of the Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) is pleased to announce that CIP has entered into an unconditional contract for the sale of 39-45 Wedgewood Drive, Hallam, Victoria (Property) for $10 million.
The contract provides for settlement on a deferred basis, and is expected to occur on 29 July, 2018. At a price of $10.0m the sale will reflect a premium of 7.5% to the December 2016 external valuation of $9.3m.
