Central Petroleum Limited (ASX: CTP) is a junior exploration and production company. CTP has extensive tenements with granted permits and under application predominately in the Northern Territory south of Alice Springs, but also smaller areas in Western Australia, Queensland and South Australia adjacent to it’s holdings in the Northern Territory. CTP’s operational holdings cover approximately 250,000 km2 under the Petroleum Acts and 20,000 km2 under the Mining Acts, mainly in the Amadeus and Pedirka Basins.
