Castlemaine Goldfields Limited (the “Company”) advises that the Notice of General Meeting lodged at ASX on 26 July 2011 contained an error, in that, the “Effective Time” for the purpose of ascertaining voting entitlements for the Meeting was incorrectly stated as 7.00 pm (Melbourne time) on 24 July 2011.
Please note that the correct “Effective Time” for the purposes of ascertaining voting entitlements for the Meeting will be 7.00 pm (Melbourne time) on 24 August 2011.
The attached Notice of General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum contains the correct date.
