(ASX:AUT) (“Aurora” or “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Graham Dowland as Finance Director of the Company.
Due to the growth and success of Aurora’s Eagle Ford Shale operations the board has initiated several operational changes including the appointment of a dedicated finance director. Mr Dowland, a non-executive director of Aurora since 2005, has accepted the board’s offer to fulfill this position. Mr Dowland has extensive experience of over 20 years in international oil & gas operations and in particular finance and administration.
The recent appointment of Ms Fiona Harris as non-executive director will ensure that Aurora continues to meet its corporate governance obligations.
