(ASX:AUT) (“Aurora”) is pleased to provide the following update on production and operations at the Longhorn and Ipanema Areas of Mutual Interest (“AMI”) within the Sugarkane Gas & Condensate Field, Texas.
Ipanema AMI (AUT 30% WI)
Patino #1H
The fracture stimulation of this farmin well is now complete and the well will shortly be cleaned up and flowed to sales. Aurora will provide an update to the market when the well has cleaned up and a stable flow has been achieved.
Franke #1H
The first post farmout well within the Ipanema AMI, the Franke #1H, has been spudded and is presently preparing to drill ahead having set surface casing at a depth of 5,700 ft. Thereafter the well will be drilled horizontally within the Eagle Ford shale and a 5,000 ft lateral is planned.
