Emerging natural gas and helium producer, Renergen (or “the Company”), announces the redemption of Convertible Notes (or “Notes”), issued in December 2018. The Notes have been redeemed at their face value of AUD 500,000. The Notes had an interest rate of 15% per annum and were convertible into shares at an equivalent price of AUD 0.74 per share.
