ResMed increases dividends off back of Q4 results

ResMed Inc. (ASX:RMD) has announced its results for Q4, showing an 8 percent increase in revenue on the prior corresponding period.
 
The results exclude the contribution from the company’s recently completed $800 million Brightree acquisition.
 
Revenues across both the American and European regions were up, however gross margins for the quarter dropped compared to the same period last year.
 
A quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share has been declared, a 10 percent increase from the previous dividend.
 
ResMed Inc. reported a net profit of $233.9 million at 31 December 2015.
