Navitas Limited
(ASX:NVT) has renewed a University Programs agreement with Edith Cowan University (ECU) until January 2021.
This agreement relates to Navitas’ Sri Lankan college, ACBT – the Australian College of Business and Technology, which is an academic pathway for Sri Lankan students to study ECU courses in their country.
Navitas also signed a 6-month extension of its contract with ECU for another of its pathway colleges, the Perth Institute of Business & Technology (PIBT).
The 6-month extension for PIBT was made to give the parties more time to finalise negotiations about a longer term renewal.
Navitas reported a net profit of $45.5 million at 31 December 2015.
