SYDNEY, Thursday 4 October 2018: Managed Accounts Holdings Limited (ASX:MGP) (Company) gives notice that the shareholders of the Company passed all resolutions considered at the Annual General Meeting today.
As advised to the market on 26 September 2018, Resolution 4 (Re-election of Colin Peterson) was withdrawn given Mr Peterson’s resignation as a director of the Company and as such, Resolution 4 was not put to shareholders at the meeting today.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting and accompanying documents were given to the ASX on 3 September 2018.
