WDS Begins New Stage of Works on Daandine Expansion Project

Brisbane, 8 May 2015: WDS Limited (ASX:WDS) has been awarded a new package of works on Arrow Energy’s Daandine Expansion Project (DDEXP) in Queensland under its 50:50 Joint Venture with China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (“CPECC”).

The value of these works is in the region of $10 Million. These works are part of the Construction Master Services Agreement signed in July 2014 between Arrow Energy and the Joint Venture partners.

The facility at Daandine, 40km west of Dalby, is a compression station that is being upgraded to support Arrow’s commitment to the Australian domestic gas market.

The Joint Venture has already successfully completed associated infrastructure work under the Construction Master Services Agreement since mobilisation began in September last year.
The new stage of works under the Services Agreement encompasses:
• Fabrication of Piping for the Balance of Plant (BOP) of the DDEXP Central Gas Processing Facility
• installation of associated gas distribution and water gathering flow lines
Laurie Voyer, WDS’ CEO and Managing Director said: “This next stage of works is an excellent opportunity to continue our already strong relationship with CPECC and Arrow Energy.”
