Brisbane, 21 April 2015: WDS Limited (“WDS”) announces it has signed an amendment to its existing Contract with EDCM that revises an interim performance test date from April 2015 to August 2015.
Laurie Voyer, WDS Limited’s Managing Director said, “that the relaxation of a critical date that existed in our original contract will enable WDS to move forward with more confidence and facilitate the necessary engineering commitments for this project. We are pleased to have achieved this relaxation, which has been offered by our Client. We now need to capitalise on this and ensure we continue to provide our Client with the highest level of confidence of successful completion. Importantly this amendment with EDCM underpins our forecast FY15 results as per guidance”.
