Unilife Corporation Announces Register Balances for Shares of Common
Stock and CDIs as May 31, 2011
In accordance with ASX listing requirements,Unilife Corporation ("Unilife" or "Company") (NASDAQ: UNIS; ASX: UNS) today disclosed to shareholders that the register balances as at May 31, 2011 were:
- 18,438,195 shares of common stock (16,461,195 shares quoted on NASDAQ and 1,977,000 shares of restricted stock) on the USA register of holders; and
- 272,900,039 CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) (quoted on ASX - representing 45,483,340 shares of common stock) on the Australian register of holders.
The total issued and outstanding capital was 63,921,535 shares of common stock (or 383,529,209 CDIs if all common stock and restricted stock was held as CDIs excludes treasury stock).
