Tungsten Mining NL (ASX Code:TGN) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mrs Amanda Wilton-Heald in the role of Company Secretary for the Company, following the resignation of Ms Farlee Walker.
Mrs Wilton-Heald has been involved in the listing of junior explorer companies on the ASX and has experience in corporate advisory and company secretarial services. Mrs Wilton-Heald is currently Company Secretary of Jacka Resources Limited, Midwinter Resources NL, Potash West NL and Strike Resources Limited and UK AIM listed Empyrean Energy Plc. Mrs Wilton-Heald is a Corporate Compliance & Accounting Manager at Mining Corporate.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Farlee Walker for her contribution to the Company in her role as Company Secretary since the Company listed on the ASX.
