In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2, Torian Resources NL (ASX:TNR) advises that all the resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting dated 22 April 2013 put to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held today, 30 May 2013, at 11am were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders on a show of hands.
A total of 1,114,357,581 validly appointed proxy votes exercisable by all proxies were received for each of the 24 Resolutions.
