Following shareholder approval at today’s Annual General Meeting, Torian Resources advises that the 1 for 20 share consolidation will proceed in accordance with the timetable below.
The share consolidation alone should have no effect on the underlying value of the Company including the percentage interest of each individual shareholder.
The number of Torian Resources shares on issue will reduce from approximately 3.9 billion to approximately 197 million shares.
