Release of Securities from Escrow
Thomson Resources Ltd advises that, pursuant security restrictions applied as a condition of the company’s IPO in December 2010 and in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from escrow on 19 February 2011:
- 600,000 unlisted options exercisable at 30 cents each on or before 19 February 2015.
