Sequoia Financial Group Limited (Sequoia or the Company) advises that the results of today’s General Meeting of shareholders were as follows:
• Resolution 1 was withdrawn by the requisitioning shareholders; and
• Resolution 2 was put to the General Meeting of Shareholders today and was passed on a poll. As Resolution 2 was passed, Mr. Kevin Pattison is appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Sequoia, effective today.
