Sequoia Financial Group Ltd (ASX:SEQ) (Sequoia or the Company) advises the following changes to the Board of the Company with immediate effect:
John Larsen will re-join the Board as a Non-Executive Director and will replace Mr Crole as Chairman from 4 March 2019. It’s great to welcome John back to the Board after a short break. John has in excess of 30 years’ experience in financial services, where he has been Chairman of Odyssey Funds Management, part of the investment committee of Huntley Investment Company Limited, Group Investment Manager of ING (Mercantile Mutual) and Head of Equities for Deutsche Bank in Australia.
Charles Sweeney will also join the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Charles is a lawyer and partner of Brisbane law firm Cooper Grace Ward. We are excited to have a leading corporate lawyer join our Board who has been listed as a recommended lawyer in Doyle’s guide every year since 2010.
